Two year course at Cathedral Street Campus

The course includes: Baking and Cake Decoration, Introduction to Flour, Introduction to Aeration, Introduction to Craft Baking, Introduction to Cake Decoration, Sugar Paste Processes, Bakery Processes 1&2, Cake Decoration, Cake Decoration Advanced Royal Icing, Cake Decoration Advanced Sugar Paste, Cake Decoration Royal Icing. Students should undertake the introductory units before enrolling on the advanced units.

To apply for a part-time course you should fill out an application form and return to the address shown on the form. If you’ve accepted a definite offer of a place, Student Services will provide you with joining instructions giving details on when and where to enrol.

It is important that you complete the application form as accurately and clearly as possible. You may also wish to include additional information to support your application.

Applications are welcomed throughout the year. However, the earlier you apply the better your chance of a place on the course of your choice.
