Two year course at North Hanover Street Campus

The course provides practitioners with enhanced knowledge and understanding of the structure, composition and operational practices of the Social Housing Sector. Students have the option to exit at the end of 1st year with a Level 4 Certificate.

  • Estimating
  • Customer and Neighbourhood Services
  • Housing Management

Year 2:

  • Housing Economics
  • Housing Law
  • Partnership Working in Housing
  • Professional Practice Skills for Housing
  • Diversity for Housing
  • Research for Housing

Students can expect to spend £40 on course materials.

Dates

One afternoon and early evening per week over two years –
1st Year: 2nd Sept 10 – 2nd June 11 (Thurs)
2nd Year: 1st Sept 10 – 1st June 11 (Wed)

Enrolment takes place on the first day of the course.
