The College Organisational Structure provides an overall framework which reflects the three functional strands of the College:
- Academic Services
- Corporate Development
- Corporate Services.
Each strand has specific functions and clear management structures. Each strand includes either academic schools and divisions or functional support services.
The structure reflects a modern, concise number of management layers and appropriate spans of control. This supports two way management/staff interaction.
The overall structure is supported by executive and senior management teams who also have management teams for each area of service.
