Glasgow Metropolitan College also works within a community centre in Sighthill offering learning support to those in Sighthill and the surrounding areas.
What support is offered?
The support available includes:
- Literacy and numeracy support
- Introduction to basic I.T. skills ( e.g. how to use the internet, how to use email )
- Study skills support
- Support with job hunting (e.g. help with filling in forms or making a C.V.)
We can tailor the support according to what you want to work on/want help with.
Do I have to be a student at Glasgow Met?
No. Students from Glasgow Met are more than welcome but the support is offered to everyone living in the North Glasgow area
When is the support available?
Classes run on Tuesday afternoons & Wednesday mornings.
You can join at any time during the year.
