The College is pleased to publish its Gender Equality Scheme. The purpose of the Gender Equality Scheme is to affirm the College's commitment to equality and specifically to the needs and rights of people in relation to gender. In addition the scheme demonstrates our commitment under the Equality Act 2006 to meeting the statutory obligations, general and specific duties surrounding Gender Equality and set out in detail how these obligations are to be met.
Following a request from the Scottish Government, the College reported on its recent efforts in redressing Gender Imbalances within the College, particularly in relation to course provision and student support. View the Addressing Gender Imbalances Report.
