If you choose to withdraw once a course has commenced, then no refunds are available.
Many classes fill up very quickly as places are allocated on a ‘first come first served basis’. If you are unsuccessful in obtaining a place, your name will be placed on a waiting list. We would only contact you if someone cancels their place or another class was being offered.
All classes are subject to sufficient numbers of students enrolling and can be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the date on which the class is due to begin. If a class is cancelled your fee will be refunded in full but no refunds can be given if you choose to leave the class once it has started. If a class is cancelled due to bad weather conditions we will inform local radio stations (Real Radio, Radio Scotland and Radio Clyde). We will endeavour to timetable a class to replace the one missed.
