Half day course
The Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005 states that ALL STAFF who serve alcohol (on or off sales) must undergo training. This includes part-time and casual staff.
This half day course covers the following topics: Scottish licensing law, powers of enforcement, licensed premises, protection of children & seller’s responsibility.
Candidates are required to study an easy to follow handbook in advance of this course. A College certificate will be issued to all candidates who successful complete the course.
