1 day course
This highly successful one-day course is ideal for those in catering including ‘high risk’ areas, food retailing, food processing and other activities where a sound knowledge of food hygiene is necessary. A REHIS Elementary Food Hygiene Certificate is awarded to all those who attend the course and successfully complete the multiple choice assessment.
