Our Role

The College Personnel Section is responsible for the implementation and delivery of a Human Resource strategy, which supports the College’s mission, vision, and values through the development, and implementation of sound employment policies and procedures.

Key personnel services include staff recruitment and selection, induction, terms and conditions of employment, employment policies and procedures, payroll input support, pensions administration, absence management, job evaluation, occupational health and counselling services.  Our team provide a responsive, courteous, customer focussed service.  We are committed to equality of opportunity and diversity and staff are assured of being treated with dignity and respect.   

Feedback
